Returns, Shipping, & Pre-Order Policies
We greatly appreciate your order however, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items. Please take the time to review our size charts and double check your order is correct before you complete your order. Although we inspect every piece before it is shipped to ensure the best quality possible, it is possible to received a damaged item. If you think that you have received a defective item, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will be glad to exchange the item. All exchanged items must be mailed back, with tracking, within 3 days of your notification.
In addition, human errors are possible and mistakes happen. If you were sent incorrect items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can work to correct the issue. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide store credit.
ALL RETURNS must remain NEW and in un-washed, and un-worn condition.
All discounted price items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
*We are human and if we make a mistake on a Custom Item then we will Replace the Item.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification through the email address you provided during your account setup, once the item has shipped. Please check the tracking info. If you believe there is a problem with your shipment, please let us know so we can advise how to contact the PO. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
Our "Standard Shipping" is USPS First Class, and estimates a delivery time frame of 3 - 5 business days for RTS (ready to ship) items.

Due to the high volume of traffic on our website at times, it is possible to over sale an item. If this happens, we will provide an email and refund from us.
In order to secure your purchase, once you have all items that you want in your cart, move on to checkout. Unfortunately, items can sell out if they are already in your cart. We can not control this. We recommend checking out a quickly as you can to avoid this issue.
Pre-order items are sometimes limited to the quantity that we can purchase from our suppliers. If you intend on purchasing, please follow the guideline above to avoid missing out of one of our great priced items.
